Posturcize

Posturcize is a series of exercises which restore normal, pain-free movement by lubricating and warming the joints, and by rejuvenating overworked and stressed muscles, tendons and ligaments.  Chronic pain and tension in these soft tissues and limited range of motion can be the result of overuse/repetitive motion syndromes, wrong use, improper development, the aging process and trauma.  The daily practice of Posturcize will relieve muscular tension in the neck, shoulders and back, while helping to prevent bursitis, joint pain, tendinitis, carpal tunnel or finger pain.

The Posturcize routine is customized for each participant according to his or her abilities.  Posturcize will help you gain a new awareness of how to stand, sit and work, so that your joints can function freely, with a minimum of wear and tear on your soft tissues.
